Role Description Junior Computer technican for ongoing production and fieldwork environment. Support organization users, peripherals and production computerized systems. Hardwar and software Installation. Systems troubleshooting. Requirements At least one years of experience as a Computer and network technician. Hands on experience supporting users and workstations in a Windows / Office environment. knowledge in various windows operating systems troubleshooting. Knowledge in IOS and android operation systems – Advantage. Hands on experience with various computer manufacture hardware\software vendors. Communication and network troubleshooting knowledge – Advantage. Service oriented and Team work capabilities. Creative, proactive and self-motivated. Autodidactic.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for organization users, peripherals, and production computerized systems. Perform hardware and software installations and conduct systems troubleshooting in a production and fieldwork environment.
