JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Junior Construction Project Manager who excels in a fast-paced environment and can bring clarity, structure, and strategy to our scheduling operations. This role is responsible for reviewing, tracking and updating all work schedules for Seaborn Companies. Our construction schedule is multifaceted, depending on permit issuance, materials availability, work windows, and the scope of the job. This position reports directly to Seaborn’s owner. The position also will support the owner in sales pursuits as needed.

• Intake new jobs and integrate them into the master schedule
• Monitor active projects and adjust timelines based on progress
• Build contingency plans based on staffing, equipment, and project complexity
• Optimize scheduling to maximize revenue within seasonal work windows
• Communicate with clients regarding project timelines and expectations
• Collaborate with Shop and Field teams to ensure smooth execution
• Continuously improve your technical proficiency in Smartsheet
