Key Responsibilities: Assist and perform surgical procedures under the supervision of senior consultants and surgeons. Participate in patient consultations, explaining procedures and expected outcomes. Engage in continuous learning by attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions. Contribute to clinical research projects and quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Medical degree (MD) with completion of a residency in Cardiothoracic Surgery or related field. Eligibility for board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery. Strong foundational knowledge in surgical principles and cardiothoracic disorders.
