Responsibilities: Assist in assessing and diagnosing patients with colorectal disorders Participate in surgical procedures alongside senior surgeons Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients Provide pre-operative and post-operative care under supervision Engage in patient education regarding their conditions and treatment options Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Continuously update knowledge of colorectal surgery practices and advancements Medical degree with an active license to practice medicine Completion of a residency in General Surgery with a strong interest in Colon and Rectal Surgery Previous clinical experience or externship in a surgical setting is a plus Awareness of colorectal surgical procedures and techniques Good analytical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication skills for patient interactions and teamwork Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic medical environment Strong work ethic and commitment to ongoing professional development Compassionate approach to patient care Ability to work effectively under supervision in a fast-paced healthcare setting Working Time is Full Time.
