What to expect

Your entry consists of theoretical training (subject-specific, project management and interdisciplinary training) and practical on-the-job training through active participation in innovative customer projects – both in technical implementation and in consulting. 

• You will support the conception and implementation of innovative projects. 
• You can expect a really strong team and mentoring with regular feedback sessions from our experienced ISR consultants. 
• You will work on analytics and BI concepts with tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Power BI, implement modern data warehouse architectures with SAP BW, HANA-native solutions and Datasphere, as well as data lake solutions with platforms such as Azure, Snowflake and Databricks. 
• Furthermore, you will implement hybrid and multicloud environments based on SAP BTP and Azure Cloud. Innovative data science methods and tools such as Python, R, and SQL will also be used. 
• Whether it's onboarding, team events or client meetings - the amount of travel depends on the project and team situation. 

This is what you bring with you

• You have successfully completed your studies in business informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification and ideally have already gained initial practical experience in the consulting industry and/or in the field of business intelligence, analytics and data science. 
• You are enthusiastic about the field of Business Intelligence with its various facets (Solution Design, Data Engineering and Exploration) and, in addition to your technical affinity, you already have good knowledge of at least one programming language. 
• As a consultant, you are willing to travel and value direct, on-site interaction.
