Tasks

• They are part of our consulting team and, within the scope of consulting mandates, undertake project-specific analyses and evaluations.
• They conduct interviews and record processes; they can document the results and derive potential areas for optimization.
• They prepare workshops and support us in their execution and moderation; the results are documented and communicated by them.
• They work independently, confidentially and in a goal-oriented manner with our customers and are a competent contact person for them.
• Together with your colleagues and our customers, you will develop robust concepts and implement them in routine operations.
• They enjoy developing new consulting topics with us and taking on more and more responsibility.
• They contribute to the further development of the content of the E1.

qualification

• You have completed your university studies in a scientific and/or technical field with excellent results.
• Ideally, you already have some initial professional experience, e.g. in management consulting or the energy sector.
• You enjoy your work, are motivated and show a high level of commitment; you like working in a team and have a strong awareness of quality.
• You have a pleasant demeanor and a positive aura; your team and our customers can rely on you at all times.
• You are a "go-getter" and ready for the next step in your career – for this you are looking for a pleasant and performance-enhancing environment.
