Position Overview SearchPlus HR is excited to announce an opening for a Junior Consultant in Acute Medicine within the private sector. This is an opportunity for an emerging medical professional to join a progressive healthcare team, where you will gain valuable experience in managing acute medical conditions under the supervision of seasoned consultants. Key Responsibilities Assist in the assessment and management of patients presenting with acute medical issues. Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans. Conduct routine medical procedures and diagnostic tests as required. Collaborate with senior medical staff in providing comprehensive care to patients. Document patient encounters thoroughly and maintain accurate medical records. Engage in ongoing education to expand clinical knowledge and skills. Contribute to quality improvement efforts within the acute care unit. Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) completed; post-graduate training in Acute Medicine. Prior experience in acute care or emergency medicine is preferred but not mandatory. Strong clinical assessment skills and demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Commitment to providing patient-centered care and pursuing continuous professional development.
