SearchPlus HR is looking for a dedicated Junior Consultant in Pediatric Dentistry to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for early-career dental professionals passionate about providing exceptional dental care to children. In this position, you will be part of a collaborative environment focused on enhancing the oral health of young patients through quality treatment and preventive education. As a Junior Consultant, you will assist in the management and treatment of pediatric dental cases, ensuring a positive experience for both patients and their families. You will work closely with seasoned professionals, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to our mission of promoting healthy smiles for children. Key Responsibilities: Conduct dental examinations and assessments for pediatric patients Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Support preventive and restorative dental procedures under supervision Educate patients and families on proper oral hygiene practices Utilize behavior management techniques to facilitate a comfortable experience for children Participate in continuing education and professional development initiatives Collaborate with the dental team to provide high-quality patient care Engage in outreach programs promoting pediatric dental health Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree Completion of a pediatric residency program is preferred, but recent graduates will be considered Active or eligible dental license in the applicable state Interest in pediatric dentistry and enthusiasm for working with children Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with young patients and their families Patient and caring demeanor with a focus on quality care Team-oriented with strong collaborative abilities Commitment to professional growth and learning in the field of pediatric dentistry Salary + Additional Benefits
