YOUR ROLE
As a Junior Consultant on the support team in PDSVISION Nordics, you help our customers get the information and guidance they need to succeed. The questionsyou handle cover a broad range of products and can vary from quick troubleshooting that takes just a few minutes, smaller system configurations to more complex questions or assignments and tasks running over longer times.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to learn new things and dive deep into technical details. We work closely with our service team and occasionally take part in large-scale service projects. A key part of your role is also to guide and educate our customers on best practices within CAD and PLM, helping them get the most out of their solutions.
Typical assignments include:
A key part of our support-team is to act as a Trusted Advisor to our customers. This means guiding them on how to get the most value out of their PLM investments, from understanding and challenging their current ways of working to drive them towards best practices, to educating teams and shaping effective processes that support their business objectives.
Beyond technical deliveries, you will collaborate closely with customers and colleagues to understand requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to the continuous development of our delivery processes.
