SearchPlus HR is proud to partner with a leading government facility to find a dedicated and motivated Junior Consultant Intensive Care. The Junior Consultant will work under the guidance of experienced intensivists, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in the intensive care unit (ICU). As a Junior Consultant, you will assist in the management of critically ill patients, participate in decision-making processes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care. Responsibilities: Assist in the assessment and management of patients in the intensive care unit (ICU). Collaborate with senior consultants to create and implement individualized patient care plans. Conduct routine monitoring of patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition. Support in administering medications and performing necessary procedures as directed. Engage with patients and their families to provide education and support throughout the treatment process. Contribute to the documentation of patient care and maintain accurate medical records. Participate in training and continuing education opportunities to enhance medical knowledge and skills. Medical degree with completion of an internship in a relevant field. Desire to specialize in Intensive Care Medicine with an initial foundation in clinical practice. Strong interest in critical care and the ability to quickly adapt to high-stress situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams. A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from experienced professionals. Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a supportive team environment. Valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
