Job Description Junior Consultant (m/f/d) Strategy and M&A Zurich | Start: August 2026 We’re looking for ambitious Master’s students to join our Strategy and M&A team in Zurich and contribute to high-impact strategy and transaction projects. What You’ll Do As a Junior Consultant, you will work across different projects and contribute to delivering impactful Strategy and M&A engagements. In this role, you will: Support the design of corporate strategies and help in strategy execution Contribute to commercial due diligence for private equity and strategic investors Prepare materials and help facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to solve complex business challenges Support workstreams across client engagements and internal initiatives From day one, you will be involved in real client work and gain exposure to both strategy development and execution. Your workload will be flexible, averaging 15–20 hours per week, allowing you to balance work with your studies. What You Bring You are currently enrolled in a master’s program (e.g., business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field) and will remain enrolled throughout your employment Strong academic performance from a top university First relevant experience (e.g., internships) in consulting, finance, or strategy functions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (both quantitative and qualitative) A structured and detail-oriented working style Curiosity, initiative, and an entrepreneurial mindset A collaborative approach and strong communication skills You are fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus What We Offer At Implement, you join a high-trust, non-hierarchical environment where learning and impact go hand in hand.
