As an inhouse consulting team, we proactively advise our clients (entities) on strategic developments, leverage our internal knowledge of the organization and implement innovative solutions in the area of safeguarding. Our team focusses on projects and engagements in the domains of (1) operational risk management with focus on Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) and (2) resilience, which covers topics as Business Continuity Management, Incident Coordination, IT Service Continuity Management and others. What you do:

• Work as part of a project team with clients, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached
• Take responsibility for content delivery as part of (sub-)workstreams on projects, collaborate with other consultants and ensure timely and proactive communication with project or workstream leads about project progress
• Prepare and contribute to communications and project timelines for the respective assigned activities
• Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager or Principal Consultant.
• Help increase the team’s expertise with focus on safeguarding areas for project and service creation by proactively sharing own best practices, new trends or other relevant information to continuously improve own and the team’s knowledge management.
• Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Services, including internal trainings and exchanges, team events, etc.
• Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the assigned tasks.
