We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our dynamic team, providing high-quality eye care to our patients. As a Junior Consultant Ophthalmologist, you will work under the guidance of experienced ophthalmologists to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of eye conditions. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional development and exposure to various cases within a supportive private healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to evaluate and diagnose patients. Assist in the management and treatment of ocular diseases and conditions. Participate in surgical procedures, gaining hands-on experience and support from senior ophthalmologists. Provide patients with information about eye health, treatments, and preventive measures. Engage in patient follow-ups to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and management of patients. Stay informed about the latest advancements in ophthalmology and participate in continuing education. Medical degree (MD or DO) with completed residency in Ophthalmology. Eligibility for board certification in Ophthalmology. Some clinical experience in ophthalmology is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of ocular anatomy, diseases, and treatment protocols. Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction. Ability to work under the supervision of senior consultants and learn from their expertise. Attention to detail with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
