SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Consultant Ophthalmologist for a position in the private sector. As a Junior Consultant Ophthalmologist, you will collaborate with a team of experienced specialists to provide comprehensive assessments and treatments for a variety of ocular conditions. This position will provide the opportunity to gain invaluable experience in both clinical and surgical settings. Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough eye examinations to diagnose eye diseases and conditions. Assist in medical and surgical management of patients. Participate in surgical procedures under the supervision of senior ophthalmologists. Educate patients regarding their eye health and available treatment options. Conduct follow-up consultations to monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to enhance patient care. Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) with completed residency in Ophthalmology. Board eligibility in Ophthalmology; certification preferred. Prior experience in ophthalmology is desirable but not essential. Strong understanding of ocular anatomy, conditions, and treatment methodologies. Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high standards of care. Demonstrated ethical standards and commitment to patient confidentiality. Must hold a valid medical license for practice in the respective state or region.
