As a Junior Consultant Pediatric Dentist, you will assist in diagnosing and treating dental issues specific to infants, children, and adolescents. You will work alongside experienced professionals, develop your clinical skills, and contribute to the overall dental health education of young patients and their families. Key Responsibilities: Assist in conducting dental examinations and assessments for pediatric patients Help develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs under supervision Participate in preventative and restorative dental procedures Support behavior management strategies to ensure children's comfort during appointments Educate patients and their families about good oral hygiene practices and preventive care Collaborate with the dental team to promote quality patient care Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities Contribute to community outreach programs focused on pediatric dental health Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program is advantageous but not required Active dental license to practice in the relevant state or eligibility for licensure Demonstrated interest in pediatric dentistry and working with young patients Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and their families Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare setting Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit Commitment to ongoing education and professional development in pediatric dentistry Salary + Additional Benefits
