WE LOOK FOR HYBRID THINKERS WITH A DIGITAL-FIRST MINDSET AND A DRIVE TO CREATE MEANINGFUL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:

• A Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Design, Innovation, Artificial Intelligence or similar
• Affinity with digital strategy, customer data, CX tooling such as CRM, CDP, and AI-powered transformation. Don’t worry if you do not have hands-on experience yet - we expect affinity and interest, not that you become a developer
• The ability to simplify complexity and connect business ambition to tech opportunities
• Comfort working in agile environments and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn
• A professional attitude towards clients
• An excellent command of the English language, other languages are a plus
• The flexibility to travel in and outside the Netherlands
• A plus is experience in customer journey mapping and optimization, design thinking, user research, marketing activation and/or project management.
