Essential: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, Master's degree in Architecture. 1 - 2 years of relevant professional experience (background in Consultancy and Real Estate is really valuable) Knowledge of national regulations related to Technical Code of construction and Urban zoning regulations Full professional English (reading, writing, and speaking) is a must. Timely delivery, consistency, and quality of deliverable to team and client expectations, in compliance with our business quality systems. Driver's license and possibility of driving. Availability to travel within Spain and occasionally abroad Technical rigor and attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills Critical sense Efficient, innovative and team-oriented work environment A strong work ethic Professional responsibility, confidentiality and integrity Dedicated, innovative, resourceful and able to work under pressure Team player and critical thinking Forward thinker and self-starter
