SearchPlus HR is looking for a Junior Consultant Surgical Oncologist to join a reputable private healthcare facility. This role is ideal for a passionate and dedicated early-career surgical oncologist eager to grow professionally within a multidisciplinary team setting. As a Junior Consultant Surgical Oncologist, you will assist in the clinical management and surgical treatment of patients with cancer. You will work closely with senior consultants and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and patient-centered oncological care. Responsibilities: Assist in the diagnosis, surgical planning, and management of oncology patients Perform surgical procedures under supervision while maintaining high standards of patient safety Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care effectively Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including medical oncologists, radiologists, and nursing staff Participate in clinical discussions, case reviews, and ongoing medical education Keep up to date with advances in surgical oncology practices and techniques Medical degree with relevant specialization or training in surgical oncology Valid license to practice medicine as a Consultant or Junior Consultant Surgical Oncologist Experience through residency, internship, or fellowship in surgical oncology Sound knowledge of surgical oncology principles and cancer management Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional growth Ability to work under supervision while showing initiative and accountability High standards of patient care and adherence to safety protocols Good salary packages plus other standard benefits like accommodation, annual air tickets, family benefits, medical insurance, etc.
