• Help shape sustainability strategies: Support the development and implementation of sustainable corporate strategies and accompany clients on their path to greater sustainability.
• Implement regulatory requirements: Contribute to the implementation of requirements such as CSRD, ESRS and other sustainability standards and guidelines.
• Analyze ESG data: Analyze, structure and document ESG-relevant data, key figures and information.
• Further develop reporting processes: Support the development and optimization of ESG controlling and sustainability reporting processes.
• Accompanying workshops and meetings: Prepare workshops, project meetings and voting sessions and support their implementation.
• Creating concepts and presentations: Develop presentations, analyses, concepts and decision-making templates for our clients.
• Accompanying transformations: Supporting our clients in strategic transformation and change processes in the area of ​​sustainability.

What you use to convince people

• You have a completed degree, e.g. in sustainability science, environmental science, sustainable management, business administration or a comparable field – alternatively, relevant practical experience in the sustainability environment.
• You have initial experience in sustainability management, business consulting, or strategic projects.
• Your open, curious personality and high willingness to learn set you apart.
• You have very good German skills, both spoken and written.
• Your English skills are good, both spoken and written.
• You are willing to travel regularly for business within Germany. By this, we mean being generally flexible enough to be on-site with the client during the week.
