KPMG Deal Advisory is looking for driven and talented Associates to join our Transaction Services team in Stockholm. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role, we think that you should have:
- An academic background in Business, Engineering, Finance, or similar.
- A business mindset and an analytical way of thinking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- 0-3 years of work experience
- Fluency in Swedish and English is a requirement

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As an Associate with KPMG Deal Advisory within the Transaction Services team, you will have the opportunity to perform and enhance your skill in buy- and sell-side transactions, providing financial due diligence (“DD”). In a financial DD, you will work with analysis of target company data to find key drivers behind the historical financial performance, challenging assumptions about future performance, understanding the cash flow cycle and finding potential liabilities and risks which could impact valuation and negotiation of the target company.
