JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a proactive and creative Content Executive to join the TriggerHub content team — someone who can craft engaging, high-performing content for our digital products.
This role combines strategic planning, hands-on content production, and performance optimization to engage our dual audiences and drive business outcomes across the UK and US markets.
In this key role, you’ll help shape the future of our content strategy, create powerful lived experience content, and make a real impact on the lives of thousands who need proactive workplace mental health support — you’ll be at the beating heart of TriggerHub’s mission.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a more senior role over time and is ready to advance their content career in the mental health technology sector.
If you have the drive to make things happen, a flair for storytelling, and a genuine passion for human-led mental health content that connects, we might just be your perfect match.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES BASED IN THE US OR WITH PROVEN EXPERIENCE CREATING CONTENT FOR US AUDIENCES.

Please submit your CV/resume along with a portfolio or samples of your content (articles, videos, podcasts, campaigns, or other relevant work) demonstrating your ability to engage audiences and drive results.
Include a brief cover note telling us why you’re excited about this role at TriggerHub and how your experience aligns with our mission.

ABOUT TRIGGERHUB

TriggerHub is a multimedia lived experience platform packed with real-life tools and courageous personal stories from people who’ve been there — designed to fit easily into everyday life.
When we refer to “lived experience,” we mean real people who’ve faced their own mental health challenges and come out the other side with insights, lessons, and hope to share. On TriggerHub, users have access to hundreds of these stories, all in short, easy-to-digest formats.
We support individuals, families, friends, and workplaces, including colleagues and HR teams. TriggerHub can be accessed via a private and secure mobile app for personal use, while workplaces can use our desktop platform to support their teams.
We’re the only platform that brings lived experience into the workplace, backed by the research of renowned Dr. Kristin Kosyluk, and proven to reduce stigma, spark connection, and encourage early support-seeking.
