Job Description

  • Ensure standardised, clear and informative product content
  • Monitoring and checking orders, product samples and manufacturer data
  • Preparation of product data (images, texts, videos, etc.) in accordance with of our content guidelines
  • Writing SEO-optimised product descriptions
  • Ongoing maintenance and optimisation of existing product content
  • Quality assurance and checking of product data with regard to legal framework conditions
  • Briefing of external service providers (photographers, agencies, AI tools, etc.)
  • Interface function to vendor management, brand management and shop management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualifications
  • First professional experience in content management or similar activities is desirable
  • Organizational talent and detailed way of working
  • Experience in an editorial environment is desirable, especially in editing of product information
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills (corporate language English)
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office programmed and understanding of IT systems
  • Previous experience with content management systems is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of image processing and understanding of visual marketing (image quality, adherence to corporate identity) is desirable
  • Great affinity for the Internet and e-commerce as well as interest in pet products
  • Occasional willingness to travel
    The gross annual salary for this position is from € 35000 for 38,5 hours/week (IT collective agreement). An overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and professional experience.
