ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for two creative and ambitious Junior Content & Marketing Executives to join our growing team at The Ivy Rose Agency. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to kickstart a career in marketing and content creation, with plenty of room for growth.
You’ll be working closely with our Head of Client Relationships and wider creative team to support the delivery of campaigns for a variety of exciting UK brands - from hospitality to e-commerce and everything in between.
This role is for you if you’re a strong writer, a curious thinker, and someone who gets a kick out of helping businesses grow through brilliant content and smart strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Social media content creation: Write engaging captions and pair them with appropriate imagery or video content (using assets provided or creating simple visuals/videos in Canva or similar tools).
• Email marketing: Build and manage newsletters and automated campaigns (primarily in Mailchimp: training provided).
• Content scheduling: Plan and schedule content across multiple platforms using scheduling tools.
• Shoot support: Attend photo and video shoots with our creative team to help ensure the right assets are captured for your content plans.
• Blog writing: Write occasional SEO-friendly blog content for a variety of client industries.
• Client performance alignment: Collaborate with our Head of Client Relationships to ensure your content supports the client’s business objectives and KPIs.
