Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will support the control and analysis of the company’s financial performance, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial information. You will contribute to the decision-making process through insightful reporting and variance analysis. Key Responsibilities: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and internal audit processes Financial KPIs calculation Conduct variance analysis and support monthly financial reviews Monitor departmental budgets and perform cost analysis, margin analysis Identify and propose cost optimization opportunities This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow within a dynamic finance team and gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis. Qualifications Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Languages: Advanced English (C1) and native-level Catalan and/or Spanish. Other European languages are a plus, depending on the market. Systems: Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
