Description:
THE POSITION:
For our HQ office in Rome, we are looking for a Junior Controller, whose main focus will be the planning, analysis, and control of labor costs (employees and consultants). The role will participate from the outset, with increasing involvement, in FP&A and reporting activities related to other aspects of the business.
The resource will report to the Business Controller, who in turn reports to the CFO, and will join a dynamic, informal, and empowering team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s degree in finance, economics, management engineering, or similar
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the controlling area of structured companies (knowledge of salary dynamics, contributions, etc., is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good knowledge of English

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a constant relationship with the external payroll provider to ensure the correct construction and allocation of employee-related costs
- Collaborate with the Operations and HR departments for the correct preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts related to personnel costs (employees and consultants)
- Manage monthly closings with a focus on the personnel costs of the clinics
- Update provisions for contributions and performance/incentive bonuses
- Analyze differences compared to the budget/forecast and identify the main deviation factors (vacation, overtime, bonuses, etc.), monitoring key personnel cost KPIs
- Define and implement methodologies for personnel cost reporting
- Create monthly reports to monitor KPIs (Headcount, FTE, vacation, etc.)
- Provide ongoing support to the business through increasingly in-depth ad hoc analyses
