REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Good understanding of controlling and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and proficiency in Finnish are essential.
  • Prior experience in controlling or accounting roles is a plus.
Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As Junior Controller in our team, you will have an essential role, supporting the local Finnish organization as well as the Nordic Controlling team. This role is designed to offer you a wealth of opportunities for professional growth, hands-on experience, and skill enhancement in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Finland Controlling/Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on financial and operational performance specific to Finland.
  • Nordic HR Controlling/Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly personnel reports and assist the HR department with various controlling matters.
  • Nordic Controlling/Reporting: Compile the Nordic KPI package, develop and update Power BI reports, assist with system uploads of actuals, forecasts, and budgets, and manage cost allocations.
  • Innovate and Collaborate: Develop and refine Excel templates and Power BI reports, monitor and control costs within diverse business administration departments, and assist in various KPI processes and reporting activities.
