Tus tareas Business Plan & Budget Monitoring Support the update and ongoing maintenance of Business Plans and budgets for development and operational phases accros various projects/SPVs each with its own financial structure, assumptions and reporting cadence Reconcile actual results vs Business Plan / budget, identifying and supporting the explanation of deviations. Assist in the continuous follow-up of project assumptions and financial models, under Senior Controller supervision. Project & Asset Follow-up Support the coordination with Development and Asset Management teams to track project progress, costs and execution status. Assist in the financial follow-up of assets in operation, including basic performance monitoring. Financial Operations Own the day-to-day invoice management cycle: receipt across multiple channels, classification, SPV allocation and coordination with the external accounting servicer — ensuring accuracy and traceability throughout Support the preparation and upload of financial data into investor reporting platforms, meeting strict monthly deadlines. Reporting & Cash Flow Support Support the preparation of periodic financial reporting to shareholders and lenders. Monitor cash flow forecasts and cash positions, supporting validation of monthly payments. Support financing drawdown and capital call tracking. External Stakeholder Support Assist in the interaction with accountants, project monitors, auditors, property managers, tax advisors and financial institutions, preparing data and documentation as required. Support the preparation and reconciliation of information for audits and external reviews. Processes & Controls Provide support in the definition, implementation and improvement of internal financial processes. Assist in ensuring data consistency, traceability and proper documentation. ¿Eres tú la persona que buscamos? Education: degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar. Experience 2-4 years of experience in controlling, audit, transaction services, consulting or similar analytical roles. Exposure to budgeting, reporting or financial analysis environments. Real estate exposure is a plus, but not required. Strong Excel skills Languages: fluency in Spanish and English.
