With over 5,500 dedicated employees, WISAG Europe provides soft and hard Facility Services in 10 European countries. While WISAG Europe focuses on the non-German businesses, it is a proud member of the WISAG Group, a family-run service company with nearly 50,000 employees spread across over 250 locations. To facilitate the future growth of our European footprint our HQ in Frankfurt is looking for a JUNIOR CONTROLLER EUROPE (m/w/d)

• Monthly reporting to the Group, taking into account different accounting systems
• Assistance in preparing monthly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of deviation analyses (actuals vs. budget, year-over-year) and ad hoc analyses
• Derivation of necessary measures to safeguard targeted earnings levels
• Responsible for carrying out forecasting and budgeting processes
• Regular cash management (incl. analysis of accounts receivables)

What Will Impress Us

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Few years of professional experience in financial controlling or financial transaction services is mandatory
• Experience with handling inhomogeneous data structures is a plus
• German and English proficiency (spoken and written); French is a plus
• Independent, structured, and result-oriented work approach
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a high affinity for numbers
• Excellent communication skills, social competence, and assertiveness
• Enjoyment in both operational and strategic tasks
• “Hands-on” mentality and a passion for teamwork
