We are seeking a Junior Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to our team of Coordinators and Estimators. the ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Assist the team in managing schedules, appointments, and follow-ups
- Prepare material orders and estimates for potential clients
- Maintain customer records and update information in databases
- Collaborate with the team of Coordinators and Estimators and slowly integrate and evolve.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
- Support the development of sales proposals and contracts
- Monitor sales performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office environment or customer support role
- Proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents
- Familiarity with clerical duties and phone systems
-Knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint
