We are looking for a curious and proactive Junior Copywriter to join our Creative Team. The role involves shaping campaign messaging across digital, CRM, app, social and venue communication for entertainment brands in the United Kingdom. The copywriter will work closely with designers and marketers to develop ideas and produce language that is consistent, clear and relatable. The role includes writing within the requirements of UK marketing and gambling regulations to ensure all messaging is responsible and accurate. A person who loves language, understands what makes people engage, and thrives in a collaborative creative environment will shine in this role.. Write clear and engaging copy for CRM, banners, paid media, landing pages, app and social platforms. Work with designers to develop campaign ideas and supporting messaging. Participate in idea sessions and creative discussions. Adjust tone and writing style across multiple brands and audiences. Ensure all messaging aligns with UK advertising and gambling compliance requirements. Maintain and update copy guidelines and reference materials. Review and proofread work to ensure accuracy, consistency and clarity. Use Pencil AI to produce draft variations and support early concept development, applying editorial judgement to guide the final output. Support the development of brand tone libraries in Pencil AI through examples, structured testing and feedback. Ensure that work created with the support of AI tools remains clear, responsible and aligned with brand expectations. Qualifications The ideal candidate is a talented writer who enjoys collaborating and supporting others. They are confident in their craft, calm in their approach, and motivated to help both people and ideas grow. 1–3 years of writing experience in a creative, marketing, communications or similar environment. A portfolio or selection of writing examples that highlight your skills and ability to adapt tone effectively. An interest in how people respond to language, tone and story. Ability to take feedback on board and refine work through iterative revisions. Comfortable collaborating with designers, marketers and other contributors. Interest in developing brand voice and narrative approach across different formats. Willingness to learn how to write responsibly within regulated categories, including gambling.
