Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Junior Corporate Lawyer with a strong background in contract law to support the legal needs of our family office and its portfolio companies. This is a unique opportunity to step into a role that blends traditional corporate/commercial legal work with the agility and variety of an entrepreneurial family office. You will take the lead on contract drafting and negotiation, while also gaining hands-on exposure to governance, compliance, and investment-related matters across different sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including supplier, service, licensing, and partnership agreements.
  • Provide practical legal advice directly to management and ownership teams.
  • Support corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters across multiple businesses.
  • Conduct targeted legal research to support contract negotiations, compliance, and business decisions.
  • Assist with structuring, financing, and managing investments and joint ventures.
  • Identify legal risks and propose creative, business-focused solutions.
  • Liaise with external counsel as needed for specialized matters.
  • Maintain organized corporate records and ensure compliance across all entities.
