Our Sydney based Corporate legal team, within Macquarie’s Legal and Governance Group, provides core legal advice and services to Macquarie wide, with a significant focus on supporting funding, capital, group structure and transaction activities within Group Treasury. Our team also advises on a range of other central corporate. Prudential and regulatory matters such as Environmental, Social and Governance.

What role will you play?
In this role, you will work closely with a high performing team of senior legal counsels in a strategic role across a range of stakeholders on transactional, advisory and project work reflecting Macquarie’s global footprint and organisation.
You will gain exposure to strategic group transactions and projects, allowing you to apply your technical skills while developing new expertise to meet emerging business and regulatory challenges. You will have the opportunity to explore a diverse career path and grants access to the senior executive team, as well as leading internal and external experts.
