Due to growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, Turner & Townsend's is look for technically strong individuals with excellent analytical skills and construction related degree to join our Cost Management Team. Key responsibilities: Measurement (take-off) of construction works. Preparing estimates and cost plans to include producing and presenting the deliverable. Updating cost plans during design development. Preparing bill of quantities (pricing document) and other tender documents. Preparing monthly valuations, assessing and agreeing change orders (variations) Compile and amending the tender list Draft the procurement documentation Check and analysing the tenders Draft the tender report Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and present to clients. Attending client, design team and site meetings Document control Analyse existing cost data and producing benchmark information Provide input into value engineering exercises Qualifications University degree in construction related engineering (structural, building, electrical, HVAC) or architecture Relevant technical experience in any of the cost management areas; pre-contract, post-contract and final account. Good understanding of all mechanical, process, electrical, and plumbing systems, as they relate to the construction of projects and/or Good understanding of all civil, structural and architectural aspects as they relate to the construction of projects Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills. Great organisational skills; ability to multi-task and be a team player. High level of numerical reasoning and analytical skills IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet) Knowledge of cost management computer programs an advantage – Cost X, Cato, Norma Pro, etc. Polish & English language proficiency required Other language skills an advantage Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
