Description

SALARY: $21.00-$25.00 /HOUR

Our client in Peel Region, ON is actively looking for a Junior Costing Administrator to join their team.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

  • Conducting cost analysis for products, mill outputs, and returns
  • Managing master scheduling processes
  • Performing recosting as needed
  • Supporting the implementation of new processes while handling high-volume workloads
  • Applying accounting and costing knowledge to operations
  • Generating and distributing revenue reports

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency
  • Strong communication skills and ability comprehend and apply new information
  • Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience required
  • Proven ability to adapt to new processes and manage high-volume workloads
  • Good understanding of accounting and costing principles
  • Proficient in generating and distributing financial and revenue reports
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with the full Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Familiarity with TallyWorks and Great Plains considered an asset
