Job Description:
Junior CPG Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence in client support and relationship-building. Your focus will be on collaboratively supporting various stakeholders within CPG manufacturers in coordination with Retail Category Managers. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining client relationships, supporting value delivery and delivering on client account objectives, including support of contract renewal & upsell management. Your coaching drives CPG clients to best leverage SymphonyAI’s products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Director of CPG engagement, as part of a broader team of >10 local colleagues, you will:
  • Work closely with colleagues to manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of CPG clients and related category teams at the retailer, fostering collaboration and the utilization of shopper data and analytical tools.
  • Help drive interaction and collaboration across a variety of CPG client stakeholders, including trade marketing, category management, brand marketing to media managers.
  • Execute day-to-day client interactions, ensuring the successful delivery of agreed-upon services, including software training and customer support.
  • Drive the effective utilization of our web-based tools, customized reports, and analytic support services.
  • Assist CPGs in aligning their brand business plans with the retailer’s customer and business strategies.
  • Coach CPG teams on leveraging our solutions to address critical business questions.
  • Support ongoing collaborative engagement between CPGs and the retailer on current and emerging business issues.
  • Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with CPG clients, retailer stakeholders and colleagues at all organizational levels and across functions.
  • Collaborate and contribute to opportunities to enhance and optimize business processes, engaging colleagues and leaders in developing these opportunities.
  • Clearly and convincingly articulate product and program features and benefits along with value proposition to multiple levels within customer organizations to help secure contract renewal and upsell
