Role Overview: We are looking for a recent college graduate with a creative mindset to join our team as a Junior Creative Strategist. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to brand campaigns, support client services, and bring fresh ideas to both our company and clients.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College degree in a creative field (e.g., design, visual arts, creative communications) or marketing with a strong creative portfolioStrong creative thinking and idea generationExperience creating visual concepts, graphics, or design assets for campaigns, presentations, or internal projects
  • Passion for marketing, brands, and storytelling, with an interest in arts, design, or creative industries
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    Portfolio / Experience: We’d love to see any relevant college projects, personal creative work, or work experience that demonstrates your creativity and initiative.

Responsibilities
  • Concept development and ideation for client brand campaigns
  • Campaign planning, execution, and delivery
  • Proposal and pitch deck design
  • In-house brand development and internal design projects (e.g., internal graphics, materials, and creative assets)
  • Client communications and support
  • Researching marketing trends among younger demographics to propose innovative ideas
  • Managing and maintaining CRM systems
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure projects are delivered successfully
