Looking to step up from standard AC work into critical cooling and data centres?
This is a solid move for a South East-based Air Conditioning Engineer who’s confident on VRV/VRF and split systems but wants more than just commercial servicing. You’ll join a tight-knit team of 14 engineers supporting telecoms, infrastructure, and broadcast sites — where cooling failure simply isn’t an option.

Day to day, you’ll be working across:

• Telecoms cabins (small unmanned sites with DX and free cooling systems)
• General commercial air conditioning systems – VRVs, VRFs and splits – across hotels, offices and infrastructure sites

As you gain experience, you’ll also get to support work in data centres — building your exposure to CRAC units, chilled water systems, pump sets, and site-wide infrastructure. There’s no heavy London run; the team is regionally based and travel is managed carefully.
