Who You’ll Work With You’ll sit within the CRM & Retention function, reporting directly to the Lifecycle Automation Manager. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Senior CRM Manager, Creative, Data Analytics, and Product teams to deliver automated, always-on communications that keep our players entertained and engaged. What You Will Do Deliver always-on communications – Build, test, and deploy multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, SMS, push, direct mail) using our current CRM platform (dotdigital). Support automation excellence – Maintain and optimise triggered journeys across the player lifecycle, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and flawless execution. Coordinate assets and content – Collaborate with copy and design to produce campaign assets that feel distinctively MrQ. QA and reporting – Run pre-launch checks and post-campaign reviews to monitor delivery, engagement, and conversion rates. Drive consistency – Keep templates, workflows, and documentation up-to-date, helping scale automation quality and efficiency. Learn and grow – Support campaign planning, test-and-learn activities, and data-led optimisations across CRM channels. What We're Looking For 1–2 years’ experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital communications (iGaming or entertainment a plus) Familiarity with a marketing automation platform (dotdigital, Braze, HubSpot, etc.) High attention to detail and love for creative, on-brand execution Analytical curiosity and willingness to learn from data Positive energy, team mindset, and readiness to grow in a fast-paced challenger brand Why This Role Matters You’ll be the heartbeat behind our always-on communications — ensuring every message lands perfectly, every journey feels seamless, and every player stays engaged.
