We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Junior International CRM Manager (all genders) to join our Customer Relationship Management department. As a valuable member of our 12-person department, you will play a key role in planning, designing, analyzing, and optimizing CRM campaigns for our international markets. Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for the conception and implementation of email and push notification campaigns, as well as smaller CRM projects, with a specific focus on international markets.
  • Using your innovative ideas and keen sense of trends in the beauty industry, you will develop engaging campaign formats and plan target group-specific CRM campaigns for our valued existing customers.
  • You will coordinate and design CRM-relevant marketing activities throughout the customer lifecycle, aiming to increase customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • You will analyze and monitor relevant CRM KPIs, drawing data-driven insights and recommending actions for optimization.
  • You will develop testing strategies to optimize key performance indicators, ensuring our CRM campaigns are as effective as possible.
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, including International, Creative, and Campaign Management, as well as your colleagues within the CRM department, fostering a collaborative and successful working environment.
