We’re looking for a Junior CRM Specialist who will support the setup, execution, and optimization of multi-channel customer journeys. You’ll help run campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS, learning how CRM connects data, tools, and communication to drive customer engagement and retention. What You'll Do 🎯 Set up, QA, and launch CRM campaigns across channels (email, push, in-app, SMS) following clear briefs and playbooks. Support day-to-day operations in our CRM tools (e.g. Braze): update segments, schedule sends, and maintain existing journeys. Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teammates to implement campaign changes, test ideas, and keep journeys up to date. Monitor key campaign metrics, flag issues (e.g. broken links, wrong audiences, low performance), and suggest simple improvements. Help document processes, campaign setups, and learnings so the CRM team can work more efficiently and scale. What You'll Bring 💡 Experience or strong interest in working on digital campaigns (e.g. email, app, or marketing projects) where you followed structured processes. Curiosity about CRM and lifecycle marketing, and a willingness to learn tools like Braze and work with data-driven campaigns. Comfortable working with basic data (lists, filters, simple reports) and using this to support decisions or identify issues. Clear and proactive communication skills to collaborate with marketers, designers, and other stakeholders. Bonus: Exposure to email tools, push/in-app notifications, or previous work/internships in marketing, product, or growth.
