New User Onboarding & Activation Execute CRM journeys guiding users from: App install to first booking First booking to second booking Deploy onboarding campaigns that educate users on app USPs, pricing, and key features Support first-ride incentive and welcome offer execution CRM Campaign Execution Build, QA, and launch CRM campaigns across push notifications, in-app messages, and other available channels Ensure correct segmentation, eligibility, and timing of campaigns Coordinate with the Senior CRM Manager on campaign logic and priorities Promo Execution Support Assist in setting up and validating promo logic using promo tools Ensure new user offers are applied correctly and only to intended segments Support QA and monitoring during campaign launches Reporting & Optimization Support Track and report key activation metrics such as: First booking rate Time to first booking First to second booking conversion Identify drop-off points and share insights for optimization 1–3 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or growth roles Familiarity with CRM tools (MoEngage or similar preferred) Strong attention to detail and execution discipline Basic understanding of funnels, segmentation, and performance metrics Strong coordination and communication skills Why join Angkas?
