We are looking for a talented and ambitious junior team member for the challenging position of Client Services at the Partner Experience team, in our partners department. We expect our applicants to exhibit excellent verbal and conversational abilities and interpersonal skills. The partners department is one of our leading ones, and in charge of all the collaboration aspects with our business partners – growth & success, billing and tech. The main responsibilities include working closely with businesses in fields such as culinary, fashion, spas & hotels etc., in order to maximize their marketing efforts and drive sales, as well as managing the department's ongoing back office administrative tasks. The job entails: Creating and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. The job includes hands-on customer support activities, such as Emails, phone calls, etc. Adhering to the BUYME brand and creating loyal customers for life. Identifying and successfully troubleshooting client issues while keeping the company's needs and bottom line in mind. Having the ability to analyze reports. Identifying growth opportunities and executing growth strategies. Requirements Exceptional service awareness and a passion for creating positive customer experiences Team player with whom it is a pleasure to work with. Proactive and self motivated individual with a can-do attitude Ability to work under pressure and multitask. Sales and customer retention capabilities.
