  • Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and follow-ups with clients
  • Help resolve client issues promptly by liaising with relevant departments
  • Monitor customer feedback and escalate concerns where necessary
  • Prepare reports on customer service performance and client satisfaction
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and provide basic product/service information
