As a Junior Customer Service Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and prospects. • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist in qualifying leads and booking appointments for the sales team.
• Provide product and service information to prospective clients.
• Support the sales team in follow-ups and maintaining client relationships.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure client satisfaction and smooth campaign delivery.
• Identify potential upselling opportunities and communicate these to the sales team.
• Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
