As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you are Sendcloud's go-to expert for identifying, unlocking, and executing growth opportunities within our existing customer base. You empower customers to scale their business by leveraging Sendcloud's extensive network, strategic partnerships, and advanced functionalities, while analyzing data, aligning with customer business objectives, and driving adoption to unlock their full potential. You will: Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them to unlock their full potential Leverage customer data and trends to identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, maximizing value for both customers and the business Develop personalized approaches to drive revenue and customer engagement Oversee and take ownership of the renewal process, driving high retention rates Collaborate across departments to turn your own ideas or company initiatives into impactful successes, ensuring alignment and smooth execution Our perfect match 💗 Personally Self-motivated, resilient, and commercially driven You can express yourself clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
