JUNIOR – CYBER TRANSFORMATION MANAGEMENT – NEXTHUB BARI

We are seeking a junior to join the Cyber Transformation Management FS team at Deloitte NextHub in Bari working in a Hybrid mode.
Cyber Trasnformation Management FS team helps our financial services clients to aligning with new DORA regulation requirements and perspectives, strengthening digital resilience capabilities across all levels of financial entities, transforming traditional business continuity frameworks and strategies, and defining new methodologies for executing advanced cyber security and resilience testing. Additionally, you will collaborate on developing dynamic risk assessment methodologies and models, analyzing, and mitigating potential cyber risks related to cybersecurity within an organization, and developing strategies to address them.

WINNING REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or STEM subjects.
  • Excellent analytical skills, accuracy, organizational autonomy and a strong orientation toward achieving results.
  • Willingness to specialize in analyzing and supporting colleagues in cybersecurity projects such as advanced security event monitoring, cyber threat analysis and management, and incident response management.
  • Knowledge of English and Italian.
  • Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad.
Responsibilities

The Junior resource will be integrated into a work team, working alongside senior colleagues and responsible for:

  • Manage resilience and BCM projects by identifying, evaluating, and designing innovative and best-in-class solutions to allow our clients facing the continuously evolving threat landscape, by demonstrating operational excellence, vision, and strategic thinking.
  • Execute complex projects activities requiring the definition of new approaches and methodologies in the field of operational resilience and BCM for primary entities of the financial sector at the national and international level.
  • Develop and implement dynamic cyber risk management strategies and models aligned with the client’s overall risk appetite and business goals and with internal and external regulation and international standards and laws.
  • Evaluate potential cyber risks by conducting a comprehensive set of activities: identification of current and emerging risks, assessment of the risk identified by analyzing the security measures and controls, policies, and protocols to identify possible weaknesses and potential areas of improvement, also leveraging on updates deriving from the latest cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors. Moreover, you will define recovery/remediations plans to effectively manage and minimize the cyber risks.
