The Company Our client creates sustainable fashion that honours and empowers the diverse female form. They craft timeless designs with intention and care, using eco-friendly materials and ethical production practices. Their philosophy, "Buy Less, Choose Well, Make it Last," underpins their slow fashion approach. Our client is a consciously crafted clothing brand with roots in Torquay, Australia, and a heart in Bali, where each piece is ethically made. Rooted in sustainability, ethical production, and mindful living, they create timeless, versatile clothing designed for movement and everyday wear. Their collections embrace natural fibres, earthy tones, and effortless silhouettes that honour both the wearer and the world around them. At our client, their foundation is Connection—to their community, to the Earth, and to the self. They are a place where women feel inspired, seen, and understood, and can reconnect with nature and their own right to be soft and live fully. Every decision they make is rooted in deep intention. The Role With a growing global ecommerce presence and retail footprint in Bali, our client is now evolving their Data & Tech function to ensure our decisions are as sustainable and intentional as our designs. As part of this evolution, our client is moving toward a more data-informed culture where every product decision and operational shift is backed by clear insights. Our client is now seeking a Junior Data Analyst to bridge the gap between raw information and actionable strategy, helping them maintain the integrity of their data as they scale their global impact. Our client is looking for a Junior Data Analyst to support their Data & Tech team in turning raw data into reliable, well-modeled insights. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical thinking, a solid foundation in statistics, and hands-on SQL experience, who is curious about how data flows across systems. You’ll work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to help build trustworthy datasets, answer analytical questions, and improve how data is structured and used across the company. Apply basic statistical concepts (distributions, trends, comparisons, anomalies) to interpret data. Support analysis for experiments, performance tracking, and operational reporting. Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights. Data Modeling & SQL Write clean, efficient SQL queries to transform and analyze data. Contribute to data models (fact/dimension tables, intermediate models). Help ensure data consistency, correctness, and usability. Document assumptions, metrics, and model logic. Data Architecture Awareness Understand how data moves from source systems to the analytics layer. Work with structured data in a modern data stack (ELT pipelines, warehouses). Follow best practices for data organization, naming, and lineage. Identify data quality issues and collaborate on fixes. Collaboration & Documentation Work with stakeholders to clarify data needs and definitions. Maintain clear documentation for models, metrics, and analyses. Contribute to improving internal data processes and standards. What Success Looks Like Reliable, well-structured SQL models that others can trust. Clear, thoughtful analyses that support decision-making. Growing ownership over datasets and metrics. Increasing confidence in understanding the full data flow. Strong SQL skills (joins, aggregations, CTEs, window functions). Understanding of relational data models and analytics-friendly schemas. Basic knowledge of statistics and analytical reasoning. Experience working with data warehouses (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar). Analytical Thinking Ability to break down vague problems into structured analytical questions. Comfort validating data, questioning assumptions, and spotting inconsistencies. Curiosity to understand the “why” behind the numbers. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the data foundation of a purpose-driven fashion brand from the ground up. If you are an analytical thinker who wants to go beyond the numbers to find the soul within the data—building models that are as intentional and sustainable as our collections—our client offers the platform to truly hone your craft. You won’t just be pulling reports; you will be helping our client use data to grow ethically, thoughtfully, and with absolute clarity. Why Our Client? Join a warm, thoughtful team committed to conscious creation and mindful growth. Work with a brand that values integrity, artistry, femininity, and emotional connection.
