DESCRIPTION

Working within the growing GTI Data Team, you will help design, build, and maintain the data infrastructure that drives insight and action across the business. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver solutions, with a focus on supporting our universities team.
You’ll enhance our existing data services, helping shift from reactive to proactive and predictive insights. This is a unique chance to shape a modern data platform from the ground up while supporting day-to-day reporting and operations.

WORK EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

This role bridges foundational engineering skills with strong business understanding. While we don’t expect mastery, you should bring a willingness to learn, a structured problem-solving mindset, and a foundation in data systems.

• Curious and enthusiastic about data engineering, cloud technologies, and modern data platforms.
• Excellent communicator, comfortable mediating between business, Tech, and Product teams.
• Friendly and confident; able to work with colleagues from a wide range of data literacy levels.
• Self-motivated and proactive, but collaborative and excited to work in a team environment
