About the role: We are seeking a curious and analytical Junior Data Analytics Analyst to help drive data-informed decisions across the organization. This role is ideal for recent graduates in data analytics, statistics, economics, or related fields, as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience, who are eager to grow their data analysis skills in a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources. Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decisions. Implement automation and AI tools to improve data processes and efficiency. Identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform strategy. Assist in designing and maintaining databases and analytics tools. Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. Up to 2 years of experience in data analysis or related roles. Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and ability to present insights clearly. Fluency in Czech and English is required.
