About the Role: We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Data Engineer to join our growing data team. This is an excellent opportunity to build your skills working with Snowflake, SQL, and modern data pipelines. You’ll help support data workflows, maintain clean and reliable datasets, and work closely with engineering and business teams to make sure data is accurate, accessible, and useful. This is a local office position in Boca Raton, FL. No remote or hybrid options available.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Interest in learning Snowflake and cloud-based data engineering workflows.
  • Ability to work with different teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in writing and optimizing SQL queries for reporting and analytics in Snowflake.
  • Help maintain and monitor ETL/ELT processes for bringing data into our warehouse.
  • Support the creation of datasets and data models used in dashboards and reports.
  • Work with developers to connect backend data to user-facing applications.
  • Follow data quality, security, and governance best practices.
  • Monitor data jobs, troubleshoot issues, and document processes.
  • Learn and apply techniques for improving data warehouse performance.
